My First Deer Tag!!

My very first deer tag!

 This past weekend I bought my VERY FIRST DEER TAG!!  It was very exciting for me.

Not as good as a first deer, but almost :-)

Today Jack and I went out with his deer rifle, climbed up into my new deer stand, and took a few practice shots.

Jack went first, and his first shot was almost a perfect bull's eye!  He then shot at the top left target, and got pretty close.

I shot at the top and bottom right targets, and all 4 were 'kill' shots that would have taken down a deer!!

Getting closer all the time...
